Privacy Notice
This document constitutes the Privacy Notice in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the Law), as well as other legal ordinances that are related to it, we ask you to carefully read the Terms and Conditions contained in this “Privacy Notice”, which will apply to any personal and/or sensitive information collected by “Ilusiones Romanticas S.A de C.V.”, and/or “Momentos Guadalajara S.A. de C.V.”, hereinafter referred to as “VOLOPAPILIO”, in its capacity as responsible party, with address at 5 de Febrero 28, La Concepción, Coyoacán, 04000 Ciudad de México, CDMX
For the purposes of this Notice, the terms used herein that are not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in “the Law”.
The purpose of this Notice is to establish the terms and conditions under which “VOLOPAPILIO” (or the person in charge designated by “VOLOPAPILIO”) will
(i) will receive and protect your Personal Data, in order to protect your privacy and your right to informational self-determination;
(ii) will use your Personal Data, and
(iii) will transfer your Personal Data to third parties, as the case may be.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the following definitions shall apply:

– “Sensitive Personal Data”. Those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner.
In particular, are considered sensitive those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference.
– “ARCO Rights”. These are the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.
– “Right of Access”. It is the right of the Data Subject to know about the Personal Data related to him/her that is held by the Controller in question or its Processors, as well as to whom it has been shared and for what purpose.
– “Right to Rectification”. Each Data Subject has the right to have his or her Personal Data rectified when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
– “Right of Cancellation”. Each Data Subject has the right to request at any time that his or her Personal Data be deleted, which will occur once the blocking period has elapsed.
– “Data Blocking”. The blocking implies the identification and conservation of the Personal Data, once the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled, and its purpose is to determine the possible responsibilities in relation to their treatment, until the legal or contractual prescription period of these.
During such period, your Personal Data will not be subject to processing, and once this period has elapsed, it will be deleted from the corresponding database or file.
– “Right of Opposition”. The Data Subject has at any time the right to request, provided he/she has a legitimate cause, that the controller stops processing his/her Personal Data.
– “Database”. An ordered set of personal data concerning an identified or identifiable person.
Personal data collected
The collection of Personal Data may be carried out when communicating by telephone with “VOLOPAPILIOor by using the Web site of “VOLOPAPILIO”. “VOLOPAPILIOVOLOPAPILIO” website, or through the use of e-mails and/or messages through social networks, by voluntarily providing information through automatic data capture tools. Once the Holder delivers to “VOLOPAPILIO your Personal Data or Sensitive Data, we inform you that these will be kept in different secure media that technology allows, whose access will be limited only to the individuals and/or legal entities with which “VOLOPAPILIO” is in contact. “VOLOPAPILIO” has any legal relationship with. “VOLOPAPILIO”. will have the security measures it deems appropriate to protect the use of your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data by unauthorized third parties. In case of requirement of any authority, the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data may be made available to them, in strict compliance with the Law.

The processing of your Personal Data, which have been made available to “VOLOPAPILIO” under any form or circumstance, may be used by “VOLOPAPILIO” in accordance with these terms and conditions, so from this moment it is understood that the Holder expressly authorizes to “VOLOPAPILIO” to that effect, until such time as the Data Subject expresses his/her refusal to the processing of his/her personal data in relation to the purposes that are not necessary for the legal relationship, using the means indicated in the section “Means to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition”, being his/her manifestation recorded in our exclusion list.

HOLDER'S CONSENT
In accordance with Article 17 of the Law, the Data Subject declares that this Privacy Notice has been made known to him/her by “VOLOPAPILIO”, has read, has familiarized him/herself with and has understood the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice, and therefore grants his/her consent regarding the processing of his/her Personal Data, likewise, the Holder hereby gives his/her consent for “VOLOPAPILIO” to transfer Personal Data to national or foreign third parties, in the understanding that the treatment that such third parties give to the Holder’s Personal Data shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Notice.
You have, at any time, the right to revoke the consent that you have provided us for such purpose by using the means to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition described below.
In the event that the Personal Data collected by “VOLOPAPILIO” include sensitive Personal Data, in printed format or using electronic media, shall constitute the express consent of the holder in terms of the second paragraph of Article 8 of the Law and other applicable legislation and therefore grants his consent for the holder to “VOLOPAPILIO” use your information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice, in the event that the holder does not object to the terms of this Privacy Notice within the following 5 working days in which it was made available, it shall be deemed agreed and consented in all its terms its contents, in terms of the third paragraph of Article 8 of the Law, clarifying that the consent of the holder may be revoked at any time in accordance with the procedure indicated below.
MEANS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION
The Data Subject shall at all times have the right to request “VOLOPAPILIO” to exercise the rights conferred by the Law, considering for the case of revocation of consent the use of the right of opposition and for the case of the right of Cancellation the provision set forth in Article 26.
In the event that the Personal Data had been transmitted prior to the date of Rectification or Cancellation and continues to be processed by third parties, “VOLOPAPILIO” shall inform the third party in question of such request for Rectification or Cancellation, so that it may proceed to do so as well.
The Data Subject may at no time oppose and/or cancel the processing of his/her personal data that may and/or could affect and/or restrict the fulfillment of the contractual and/or commercial relations that he/she has with “VOLOPAPILIO”.
The request shall be in written form by filling out the forms published on the website http://www.volopapilio.com.mx/Aviso-de-Privacidad-Ilusiones-Romanticas.shtml, and sending them to the following e-mail address: protecciondatos@volopapilio.com.mx; it must be accompanied by the documents that prove your identity
(I) a simple copy in printed or electronic format of your voter’s credential, passport or FM-3)
(II) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Personal Data of the Data Subject.
The response to the request will be free of charge, and the holder must cover the justified costs of sending or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats.
In the event that the Holder reiterates his request for access in a period of less than twelve months, he must cover the corresponding costs equivalent to 1.5 days of the Minimum Wage in Force in the Federal District in terms of article 35 of the Law, unless there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice that motivate new consultations.
For purposes of requests for cancellation of Personal Data, in addition to the provisions of this Privacy Notice, the provisions of Article 26 of the Law shall apply, including the exceptions to the cancellation of Personal Data indicated therein.
Data collection when browsing “VOLOPAPILIO” websites and web pages : Among the automatic data collection tools used by “VOLOPAPILIO ” on its websites and web pages are cookies, Web beacons, and links in e-mails.
Use of Cookies – The correct functioning of the “VOLOPAPILIO” sites and that of its suppliers requires the enabling of “cookies” in your Internet browser.
Cookies are small data files transferred by the Web site to your computer’s hard drive when you browse the site.

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, in order to comply with new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products, so it is the responsibility of the Holder to periodically review the content of the Privacy Notice on the site https://volopapilio.mx/aviso-de-privacidad/, in case the Holder does not express any opposition with the modification, “VOLOPAPILIO” will understand that the Holder has read, understood and agreed to the terms set forth, and which constitutes his express consent to the changes established regarding the processing of his Personal Data.
